As a mother, and fellow human being, watching the news on the horrible situation in Haiti saddens and frustrates me. I am amazed by and grateful for the incredibly brave men and women who are there volunteering their time and risking their lives to help the survivors. I wish I was in a position to do the same.
But, I’m not.
So instead, I’m teaming up with a grassroots effort of photographers dedicated to helping their communities and the world. To make a difference, I need your help.
Win a photo session with me by donating to the American Red Cross Haiti Relief Fund.
HOW TO WIN:
- Make a MINIMUM dotation of $10 to the American Red Cross Haiti Relief Fund.
- Forward a copy of your receipt to heather@heatherowensphotography.com.
- All entries must be RECEIVED by midnight (central time) on Sunday, February 7, 2010.
- The winner will be drawn at random and announced on Monday, February 8.
- You can enter as many times as you’d like, but each entry must be the minimum $10 donation.
OTHER DETAILS:
- The session can include up to 6 individuals and will last 1-2 hours.
- The winner is free to choose the session date, time, and location.
- The winner will also receive 25 fully processed, high-resolution images on CD to print and share as often as you like.
- If the winner does not claim his/her prize by Wednesday, February 10, another winner will be drawn.
